How To Cancel Subscription
Guide on how to cancel any digital license from your Personal Pc App Store Account
1. Log in to your PC App Store account. If required, use "I forgot my password" to reset.
2. Open the 🔽 drop-down menu by clicking on your name in the top right corner of the page, then choose "My subscriptions" option.
3. Click "⋮" on the right side of the subscription you would like to cancel.
4. Set the "Auto-Renewal" toggle switch to "Off".
5. Confirm you would like to cancel the subscription by clicking "Turn Off" in the pop-up window.
6. Your subscription has been canceled.
