How to Turn Off Notifications

In the system tray, under Hidden Icons (arrow button next to Language button), find and press PCAppStore orange label
You will see Menu, where you need to click Settings
1. Under the Settings Menu, click Notifications with the bell icon 🔔
2. In "How Would You Like To Be Notified?" section, switch to Don't show me recommendations
3. press APPLY button
4. Final step is to restart your PC
