FIND, ACTIVATE, AND INSTALL THE LICENSE KEY

After a successful purchase, you will receive an email from us with your license key and short instructions on how to activate the license key and how you can install software on the computer.


DID NOT RECEIVE THE LICENSE KEY IN MY EMAIL

It's not common, but sometimes the email with your key can get caught in your Spam folder. Just check both, your spam folder and your promotions inbox (in case you have one).

If your key hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes, please contact Support Team via chat here at the right bottom corner of PC App Store, also you can contact us via email

The second option is to find your license key in your Personal Account, which will be created right after a successful purchase. (NOTE: an account will be created automatically and will be associated with the email that you've indicated in the checkout form). In your Personal Account, you will be able to find your license key with the installation file and a list of all your products.

Login to your PC APP STORE™ account, and the first thing you see: is your purchased app, a product key, if applicable, and the link to redeem your product key and download the product from the vendor directly.

If you have forgotten your password, use the "I forgot my password" option to reset it.

Open the 🔽 drop-down menu by clicking on your name in the top right page corner, then choose the "My Apps" section.

Now you need to choose a product you are interested in and if you already purchased it, you will see an option to “View product key”, click it, and you will see your license key.
