📬 Trouble Receiving Our Emails? Here's How to Fix It

We noticed that one of our emails to you didn’t make it to your inbox. No worries — this can happen for a few different reasons, and many of them are easy to fix. Here's how you can check and resolve the most common issues:


🔴 1. Your Email Account Might Be Inactive or Closed

Sometimes email accounts get disabled or closed due to inactivity or other reasons.

What you can do:

  • Try logging into your email account to make sure it still works.

  • If it’s inactive, follow your email provider’s steps to reactivate it.

  • If you no longer use that email, update your contact info with us or get in touch so we can help update it.


🔵 2. Our Email Was Blocked by Your Organization or Settings

Some companies, schools, or email providers automatically block emails from certain senders.

What you can do:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder — sometimes messages get filtered there.

  • Add our email address or domain to your safe senders list or contacts.

  • If you're using a school or work email, ask your IT team to allow messages from us.

  • Make sure your settings don’t block unknown senders or outside domains.


âš« 3. Your Mailbox Might Be Full or Blocked Attachments

If your inbox is full or our message has a large file, it might not go through.

What you can do:

  • Clear out some space in your inbox by deleting old messages or emptying the trash.

  • Make sure your email service isn’t rejecting attachments for security reasons.

  • If needed, let us know and we can resend the message without the attachment.
