How to proceed with a Refund

If you have made a purchase that you wish to cancel, there is a refund process in place. The following article provides a comprehensive guide on how to safely and swiftly go through this process.

Just a few steps to go and your refund request procedure will pass smoothly:

Visit PC App Store and click "Sign In" button in the top right corner or press HERE to go directly to Refund Form.

Log in to your PC App Store account, and enter your email and password (which was used during the purchase). 

If required, use "I forgot my password" to reset.

After successfully logging open the 🔽 drop-down menu by clicking on your Name in the top right corner.

 You will see a few options. You need to click on "Request Refund" section.

You will be transferred to the Online Refund Request Form, simply fill it out and click on the "Submit" button. Please ensure that you have selected the proper product for a refund and all fields are filled accurately.

After submitting a refund request you will receive a confirmation email. Check it and make sure that you choose the correct product and amount for a refund.

Important Note: Refund usually takes up to 3-5 business days.

To proceed with a refund, please do not activate your license key and delete the message from your email box. If you follow this initial step correctly, you should receive your funds back without any issues.
